Wondering what details to prepare for your wedding photographer on the morning of your wedding day? No worries – I’ve got you!!
The whole day begins with the details! This is one of my favorite parts of a wedding day because it allows me to prepare and get my creative side warmed up for the rest of the day! I love having a good chunk of time to stylize and shoot everything from the dress, to the jewelry, to grandma’s brooch! You spent a lot of time picking out these little details. This is why I want to make sure I have time to photograph them beautifully for you to always remember!
Below you’ll find a list of the most common details I shoot. I ask my couples to gather all details you have and keep them together in a box where one of you are getting ready before I arrive. That way I can just walk in, say hello, give you a HUGE hug, and then begin photographing them right away!
For example, if you are going to wear something your grandmother gave you or you made a special gift for someone involved with the wedding, TELL YOUR PHOTOGRAPHER ABOUT IT! We do our best to photograph as many details as possible, but when we know about something that has sentimental significance ahead of time, it will ensure that photograph will not be missed.
Did you find this list of details to prepare for your wedding photographer to be helpful? Is there anything you would add to this list? Let me know in the comments below!
