Last week I got to witness the sweetest proposal at the cutest wine bar in St Louis. 😊 Edis & his sister reached out to me a few days earlier about it & told me about his big plans to propose to Jasmina! I was so thrilled & honored that he wanted me to photograph this special moment for them.

The Proposal Story…

So on July 3rd, my boyfriend and I got to the restaurant that Edis was planning on proposing at a little early so we could get settled, get a drink ordered, and look like we were simply on a date 😉 . Then when Edis and Yasmina arrived, the owner took them to a specific table out on the patio so that I had a good view of them from my table (I had my camera sitting on my lap ready to go under my jacket!😆 ). The waitress brought out their drinks first. Then, she brought out the “dinner menus,” where one of them said, “Jasmina, will you marry me?” on it (pictured below)! SHE SAID YES! 🎉 💍

Shortly after that, their family & friends came out and surprised her! It was such a beautiful and emotional celebration. It was so clear that everyone was so stoked for them and so excited to celebrate their love. They brought a cake, balloons, and adorable special face masks that said, “Better together.”

I am so grateful I got to capture the moment when Jasmina and Edis became ENGAGED! So excited for these two & all the fun they have coming up as they begin planning their big day! Congrats, you two! <3
