I am so happy to share some of Abby and Mike’s downtown STL engagement photos! These two braced the crazy heat and humidity for their session, and I think it was totally worth it. 🔥

Abby and Mike won my engagement session giveaway this past winter, but due to COVID-19 we had to reschedule a couple times. We finally got their session in and we had such a blast! They live in Chicago so they were wanting to get those cool city vibes for their engagement photos. We decided that the City Garden downtown would be the perfect spot!

Abby and Mike are both super goofy and fun. The heat index this day was about 110 degrees, yet they were constantly making each other laugh and being silly which made us forget about the crazy heat (which I’m so grateful for)! I loved hearing about their lives in Chicago and how wedding planning has been going for them during this pandemic. They are hanging in there!

They were having a blast visiting St. Louis on their little getaway weekend – it was their first time here! I’m pretty St. Louis proud, so I absolutely loved showing them around the downtown area and the City Garden. While it was actually suppose to be a rainy day, the storm held out until after we finished our session. But we did get some pretty cool storm clouds in the background of some of the photos (scroll down to see)! The photos turned out awesome & Abby and Mike look SO amazing in them.

Abby and Mike are truly the sweetest couple and I had such a good time at their engagement session! I know they have such a beautiful future ahead together. ☀️
