Merissa and Alex had the most BEAUTIFUL micro wedding at Hermann Hill & reception at Le Belle Coeur last week! Today I’m sharing a peek into this gorgeous two day event!

Merissa and Alex knew they wanted to do a smaller/elopement style wedding, but they also knew they wanted to have a big party with all their favorite people. So they decided to do a little microwedding with just their families and closest friends at Hermann Hill, and then a big reception two days later (on Halloween!) at Le Belle Coeur. It was the perfect fit for these two and SUCH a blast! This way they didn’t have to compromise – they got to have an intimate wedding ceremony they’ve always wanted and also a super fun party 🍻 .

Their wedding ceremony day was one of the windiest days I’ve ever photographed, but it didn’t take away from how special the day was. It was so emotional and sweet: the first look, the vows, and all the hugs. It was an honor to witness. Their reception day, we got the most gorgeous fall weather at 60 degrees and sunny skies. It was perfect!
