Silver Oaks Chateau Wedding // Lauren & Austin

In May I had the honor of capturing Lauren and Austin’s gorgeous wedding at Silver Oaks Chateau in St. Louis. Lauren and Austin are both so kindhearted and genuine, I had been looking forward to their wedding weekend for quite some time. It didn’t disappoint!

Their weekend kicked off at Public School House for their rehearsal dinner. Lauren’s mint green dress was picture perfect on her, and it tied into all the shades of green in the decor. I loved capturing all their friends and family hanging out, grabbing some group photos, and documenting the heartfelt mother of the groom speech. It was such a great way to start the weekend!

Their wedding day theme gave off Bridgerton vibes – blue hues, white parasols, and stunning florals. It was an elegant garden party style that I just loved photographing. I was particularly obsessed with the bridesmaid’s flower baskets as an alternative to a typical bouquet.

Lauren and Austin opted to do a first look and private vows before their ceremony. I love this combo – it is always a beautiful and emotional moment from the day and one of my favorites.

After the ceremony, they were ready to party! Lauren changed into a new fun dress and I had the best freaking time capturing the wild dance floor.

It was such an incredible wedding weekend from start to finish. Enjoy this little peek into this dreamy day!
