Princess and Jake’s Central Library engagement session was the perfect blend of timeless elegance and modern city energy. Their St. Louis Central Library engagement session began surrounded by the gorgeous architecture and soft natural light that created an effortlessly romantic atmosphere.
Princess looked stunning in her first outfit, pairing classic heels from Jimmy Choo with a beautiful dress from V. Chapman. Her look was elevated even further by hair and makeup from Hannah Rudin of The Artist Edit, bringing a polished finish that photographed beautifully in the library’s iconic spaces.
For the second half of their session, we headed to the Grand Center Arts District near the Fox Theatre, where the energy shifted to something a bit more playful and editorial. Princess changed into a chic second look featuring ELLIATT and Roger Vivier, which felt perfectly at home against the bold textures and colors of the city.
Princess and Jake have such an easy, natural connection that made every moment feel genuine. From quiet, intimate moments in the library to laughter-filled strolls through Grand Center, their session told a full story of who they are together.
I cannot wait to photograph their wedding this August at the Cathedral Basilica of Saint Louis followed by a celebration at the Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis. If their engagement session is any indication, it is going to be an incredibly beautiful day.
