Holly and Blake’s Westwind Hills wedding was the perfect celebration of spring, filled with joyful color, thoughtful details, and unforgettable moments from start to finish. I had the honor of documenting not only their wedding day, but also their welcome party the evening before, making it such a special weekend to capture from beginning to end.
The festivities began Friday night at Edera, where family and friends gathered for an intimate welcome party before the wedding. It was the perfect opportunity for everyone to relax, reconnect, and celebrate the weekend ahead.
The following day at Westwind Hills, spring came to life through every design choice. Bright shades of blue, pink, orange, yellow, and green filled the day, creating a fresh and vibrant atmosphere. Holly looked stunning in her timeless ballgown while her bridesmaids wore blush dresses carrying monochromatic bouquets, each featuring a single flower and color that created a striking, modern look.
The ceremony design was truly unforgettable. Holly and Blake exchanged vows on a small white stage completely surrounded by abundant colorful florals, creating one of the most breathtaking ceremony spaces I have photographed. Afterward, those same florals were thoughtfully repurposed to frame the front of their long head table, tying the entire reception together alongside green floral chargers and green taper candles.
As the evening unfolded, the dance floor opened alongside a toasted s’mores espresso martini bar, a fun surprise that guests absolutely loved. It was the perfect ending to a celebration filled with intentional details and genuine joy.
Photographed on both digital and film, Holly and Blake’s wedding weekend was one to remember. By the end of the night, my cheeks were hurting due to how much I was smiling. I absolutely adore these two, and it was such an honor being a part of their day!
