I am so stoked to share images from Maggie + Mikaela’s snowy engagement session! From the very first time I met these two, it felt like we had been long time friends! They simply radiate joy and love everywhere they go, and I’m so honored they chose me to be their wedding photographer. <3 Fun fact, the day before their session it was 65 degrees and sunny. Actually, the entire week leading up to their engagement session was absolutely beautiful fall weather! But in true St. Louis fashion of course, the day of their session was pretty much a full on blizzard! 😉 However, they were such TROOPERS and the snow photographed so freaking pretty. But it is safe to say hand warmers and super thick socks were our best friends on this day!

So funny story, driving home from their session should have taken me about 30 minutes. But, due to this crazy weather it took me two and a half HOURS (don’t worry, I was perfectly safe the entire time!)! But I would have done it again in a heart beat because these two as well as the final images made everything so worth it. While it was most certainly cold, we couldn’t have asked for a more pretty snowfall if we tried.

I’ve been looking forward to writing this blog post featuring some of my favorite images from their snowy St. Louis engagement session. That being said when I actually sat down to pick photos, it was no joke sooo hard to decide since there are so many good ones! Maggie + Mikaela are so goofy, fun, and down to earth and I’m pretty sure we never stopped laughing. We truly had the best time at their cold, snowy engagement session! I seriously can’t wait till their wedding in September!! I know it will be filled with so many laughs and just so much love. <3
