I am so thrilled to be sharing some of Devyn and Greg’s Klondike Park wedding portraits today!
When COVID-19 forced Devyn and Greg to cancel their big wedding plans, they decided to instead get married in their backyard with just their immediate families. They made that decision and got married all within 36 hours! As you can imagine, having your original wedding plans being thrown out the window due to a global pandemic would make anyone feel bummed out. But they two truly are so in love and just wanted to be married! So they made it happen.
However, they still wanted the wedding portraits they’ve being dreaming about for months. So we decided to schedule a fun session a few weeks after they tied the knot and after some restrictions in our state related to the virus got lifted! This means that they got to put on their wedding attire again and get out of the house for a super fun evening getting portraits taken!
To say I was stoked to see Devyn and Greg again is an understatement. During quarantine, I have missed all my couples soooo much! So I couldn’t wait for their session! Devyn and Greg are two people with the sweetest hearts. They are so laid back and easy going; Devyn told me at the start of the session as she shrugged her shoulders that she had already gotten her dress dirty, but couldn’t care less. This of course made me laugh! It makes me so happy when my couples focus on just being present in the moment & don’t let imperfections get them down. We seriously got so much beautiful photos, plus we had such a fun night out of our houses!
